We also provide interior landscaping services, using planting, scenting, flowers and artwork to improve the environment and well being of the customer and their employeesWe have central support functions of Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal and Marketing & Innovation in the Rentokil Initial Head Office locations and in country.You would be supporting the Sub Sahara RegionRequirements:A vacancy has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager in our South African Business in the Gauteng RegionA vacancy has arisen for an Online Marketing Manager with responsibility for Rentokil Initial South Africa's online strategy and implementation. This role will also support Sub Saharan Africa business with projects related to their websites. This individual needs to be based in Johannesburg and will report to the Marketing ManagerThe Key work outputs and accountability are:1. Website Management & Enrichment supporting 10 websites in Sub Saharan Africa (main focus will be South Africa)

• Website and intranet maintenance
• Traffic monitoring and growth plan
• Content optimisation
• On-line tracking and reporting
• Organic SEO
• Link building
• Paid search (including optimisation of campaigns to lower CPA)
• Corporate blogging
• Social Media initiatives including contributing to global pages and managing local pages. Sites to include LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook with possible expansion.
• Online competitor analysis
• Keyword research
• Hootsuite and other tools

2. Ad-hoc web-related projects

• Reporting:
• All web related reporting
• Analysis and recommendations from web reporting

3. Online reputation management with feedback & online brandingWeb Enquiries:

• Strategic enquiry optimisation through the web as well as the dissemination, tracking and reporting thereof
• Response to web queries

Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:

• Strong proficiency in using tools such as GA4, SEMRush, Searchmetrics, Google Tag Manager (GTM) andGoogle Looker Studio (or equivalent dashboarding tools).
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis, including the ability to extract insights from large datasets and present findingsin a clear and concise manner.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tracking mechanisms, including pixel implementation, tag management,and campaign attribution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts tonon-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively withincross-functional teams.
• Matric/Grade 12
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital analytics, preferably in a digital marketing or SEO-focused role
• Evidence of sufficient experience to demonstrate ability
• Valid drivers licence
