Ambius is a global brand across North America, Europe South Africa and Australia.Requirements To effect a stock control and management system in the Business Unit to ensure efficient maintenance and control of both new and second hand stock in line with Divisional procedures and processes.Correct stock levels of consumables are maintained within the Business Unit

  • Stock levels are maintained in line with Branch Portfolio requirements
  • Stock levels are maintained in line with Sales requirements and forecasts
  • Ensure that stock orders are placed through the correct administrative procedures
Sufficient stock holding of units are maintained within the Business Unit
  • All stock ordered has been checked and received
  • Weekly and Monthly stock takes
Investigate stock variances from reports
  • Co-ordinate PPE stock requirements and initiate stock required
Maintenance and control of second hand stock
  • Second hand stock returned is examined for re-use
  • All broken units to be repaired for re-use
Issuing and return of daily stock requirements to Service teams.
  • To issue daily stock requirements to Supervisors/Team Leaders.
  • Returns are checked and in line with stock control procedures
  • Stock cards to be kept and maintained in line with stock control processes
Store room is well maintained and in line with Divisional standards
  • To ensure the store room is clean and tidy with correct shelving and packaging
Ensure storeroom is maintained following good H&S practices.Correct stock levels of consumables are maintained within the Business UnitSufficient stock holding of units are maintained within the Business UnitMaintenance and control of second hand stockIssuing and return of daily stock requirements to Service teams.Store room is well maintained and in line with Divisional standardSkillsHighly numeratePrevious experience in inventory and / or stock controlGood communication skills to communicate with staff and SuppliersAbility to control budget requirementsGood planning and organizations skillsGood time managementQualifications and ExperienceMinimum Matric or equivalentTertiary qualification preferred and minimum of 5 years stock/warehousing/inventory control experienceComputer Literacy (Microsoft word, excel, in-house computer programme)BenefitsAre you interested?
