Job Summary ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: xc2xb7 Technical Team Lead (technically very strong with good leadership and social skills) xc2xb7 Java Spring Boot xc2xb7 Angular xc2xb7 Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: xc2xb7 Technical Team lead skills o Taking ownership for all aspects of the DevOps Teams delivery to meet relevant KPIs together with an Agile Master o Leadership skills, soft skills o Stakeholder and business engagement and management xc2xb7 Very strong development skills with the following technical skills: o Java Spring Boot o Angular (Typescript and JavaScript) o Kafka & JMS (MQ) o SQL (Oracle, Postgres) o Cloud infrastructure (AWS) o RESTful and SOAP services o Design and development of Microservices o Git, GitHub o CI/CD pipelines o Maven, docker o Jira, confluence o Unit testing, integration testing WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE? xc2xb7 IT Degree / Diploma / Equivalent experience xc2xb7 10 -15 years JAVA development experience xc2xb7 Experience in leading teams WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? o Ensuring on time, quality delivery o Leading developers and testers technically whilst developing, writing and reviewing code themselves and driving an excellent PR Process within the Team. o Stakeholder and business engagement and management o Constantly building good Team culture with healthy team dynamics o Pro-active knowledge sharing, mentoring, and coaching of team members. o Identify risks / impediments and proactively resolve them and escalate as necessary.JorDan HRRecruiter
