xc2xb7 Experience in the creation of user stories from business requirements suitable for development work and the breakdown of large Epics/Stories to match the outcomes of the analysis, thereby defining the (Acceptance Criteria the Definition of Ready and the Definition of Done) criteria.
xc2xb7 SDLC Methodology: Agile, Scrum, Kanban or XP
xc2xb7 Test management, testing methodologies and tools.
xc2xb7 SQL Language and Database experience
xc2xb7 Jira and Confluence experience
xc2xb7 Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline or the equivalent of 5 years of related professional experience. 3 Years plus in a Mid to Senior role. Min 5 years in a business/systems analysis roleWHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
xc2xb7 Requirements managements create, structure, and maintain product backlog.
xc2xb7 Update and maintenance of product documentation e.g., user manuals, release documentation etc
xc2xb7 Engagement with stakeholders to understand business problems and needs and translate those into detailed technical and/or functional requirements that include process, data, people, and technical workflow specifications.
xc2xb7 Analyse and understand the end-to-end flow of application to support architecture and consider all touchpoints and impacts when analysing new business requirements or changes to existing business requirements which needs to be translated into user stories.
xc2xb7 Identify and promote optimisation, re-use and standardisation opportunities within Platforms
xc2xb7 Build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue, listen, advise, influence, and negotiate to achieve positive outcomes.
xc2xb7 Initiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress, manage expectations and ensure stakeholders requirements are delivered.
xc2xb7 Engage and collaborate with the team on suitable solutions that meet our requirements and satisfy our business and architectural roadmap.
xc2xb7 Engage and collaborate with various integration touch point teams and share business and technical requirements.
xc2xb7 Support operational excellence goals through strong operations knowledge. Resolve escalated support topics as part of tier-2/3 DevOps role to ensure the highest availability of critical applications.
xc2xb7 Assist with query and complaint management in a timeous manner.
xc2xb7 Coordinate and participate in the test effort and troubleshooting to ensure that the delivered solution meets agreed technical requirements and functional/process specifications.
xc2xb7 Defining and implementing test plan for releases
xc2xb7 Defect Management.
xc2xb7 Assist the team to produce documentation for designed solutions.
xc2xb7 Ensure all the technical requirements, evaluations and recommendations of business solutions, assessments and feasibility analysis are documented.
