Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Leadership
: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on acquiring new customers.
New Business Development
: Drive initiatives that increase market share by identifying and engaging potential clients.
Sales Strategy Execution
: Implement targeted strategies to position Ctrack as the preferred solution provider.
Pipeline & Performance Management
: Oversee the team's sales pipeline, ensuring a structured approach to prospecting, engagement, and deal closure.
Solution-Based Selling
: Ensure the team presents tailored solutions that address customer challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
Negotiation & Closing
: Guide and support the team in securing high-value deals with sustainable contracts.
Market & Competitor Insights
: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Management, or a related field
Leadership Experience
: 3+ years managing a sales team with a strong track record in developing high-performing professionals.
Sales Expertise
: 5+ years in
B2B solution sales
, ideally in technology, SaaS, fleet management, or telematics.
Business Development Skills
: Ability to identify new opportunities and engage effectively with prospective clients.
Industry Knowledge
