HES - Hub EcoSystem / Capacity PlannerWe empower our business units by developing the Hub EcoSystem application on the xe2x80x98Integrate platform-based environment.
The goal of this application is to offer a simple yet powerful, low admin solution for Funnel Management, Financial Management and Talent Management to enable the Hub to run their portfolios effectively and efficiently.ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Specific Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Designing User Interfaces (UI).
xc2xb7 Developing Front-End Components: Building and maintaining the client-side architecture using modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
xc2xb7 Back-End Development: Implementing server-side logic and managing databases.
xc2xb7 API Integration.
xc2xb7 Security: Implementing security measures to protect applications from vulnerabilities and ensure data privacy and integrity.
xc2xb7 Testing and Debugging: Writing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the application functions correctly. Debugging and fixing issues as they arise.
xc2xb7 Version Control: Using version control systems like Git to manage codebase changes and collaborate with other developers.
xc2xb7 Application Performance optimization.
xc2xb7 Deployments management/coordination.
xc2xb7 Documentation: Writing clear and comprehensive documentations for code, APIs and application functionality to assist other developers and stakeholders.
xc2xb7 Implement complex calculations according to specification.
xc2xb7 Implement workflows from diagrams.
xc2xb7 Use E-Charts to implement charts on the data.
xc2xb7 Write scripts to upload bulk excel data into MongoDB.
xc2xb7 Implement data model diagrams to MongoDB schemas.
xc2xb7 Restrict sensitive data to specific roles/users.
xc2xb7 Work with Group approved software development tools, techniques and approaches used to build application solutions.
xc2xb7 Apply cloud computing technologies and emerging computing trends.
xc2xb7 SW bug resolution including handling of incident tickets in ITSM ticketing system.
xc2xb7 Application support and operations functions which may include being on stand-by or being called after-hours during Hyper-Care or System stabilisation phases.Generic Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Take directions from senior developers and develop functions and solutions within formal Agile Sprints.
xc2xb7 Interact with team as necessary during Sprints & performs any administrative tasks that are involved.
xc2xb7 Operate as a team member. Continually reports progress in the Jira tool and participates as an active member of the team. Assume additional responsibilities as required.
xc2xb7 Gather facts, analyse the User Stories, consult with users, draw conclusions, and update user stories as required.
xc2xb7 Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals.
xc2xb7 Interface with clients in a professional manner with emphasis on building client relationships.
xc2xb7 Continually develop core skills and business knowledge based on accumulated experience.
xc2xb7 Sets priorities appropriately.
