- MUST have Grade 12 / Beauty qualifications.
- MUST have 2-3 years of working experience in a well-established and professional Spa.
- MUST have Hands-on experience with My Salon Software.
- MUST be Computer Literate with excellent Administration skills.
- MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to fully converse in English.
- MUST be eloquently spoken and well-groomed to represent the brand.
- MUST have great retail abilities with a friendly personality and excellent customer service.
- MUST be experienced with Cash-Ups, stock take, stock count, and opening and closing of the Spa.
- Hands-on experience with handling customer complaints, queries and compliments.
