WHAT MAKES OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME DIFFERENT?

  • You will be working with various clients from various industries on many different projects, exposing you to much more than most other interns.
  • You will also be exposed to the latest technologies in the Organisational Psychology profession (e.g. gamified assessments, Artificial Intelligence-driven engagement technology, digital learning, gamified talent management,
people data analytics, etc.).

INTERNSHIP DETAILS:INTAKE: February 2025
  • Paid Internship
  • Tailored Programme
  • Required to come into the Johannesburg office
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1st year Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology completed & registered with the HPCSA as a student or Intern psychologist in 2025
  • SA Citizen or relevant work permit
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Must be computer literate and have worked with Microsoft product suite
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
  • ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
Working with many different clients, in different industries on a variety of projects will give you broad exposure, but you will need to be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
