Key Responsibilities

• IAM Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain a robust IAM architecture that aligns with our strategic goals.
• Identity Management: Manage identities, accounts, and roles effectively, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Solution Implementation: Drive the migration from our legacy IAM systems to a new central IAM solution.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IAM systems and processes.
• Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for IAM procedures and processes.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Advanced knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Expertise in at least one leading IAM solution (Oneidentity preferred).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in scripting and coding languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Understanding of IT security frameworks and standards.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Advantageous Skills

• Practical experience with Oneidentity IAM solutions.
• Fluency in German language.
• Knowledge of SAP IAM and related processes.
• Experience with IAM in cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Assertiveness and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on IAM systems.
• Experience working in international environments is preferred.
