xc2xb7 IT Operations Experience (on-Prem or Cloud)

IT Process improvement methods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices will be an advantage. (COCO, COSO, CMM, COBIT, etc.)
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
Operational support for IT reliability planning with a focus on:
xc2xb7 Supporting IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), Availability Management (AM) and Technical Lifecycle Management (TLM) feature teams by:
xc2xb7 Maintaining Confluence pages.
xc2xb7 Maintaining process templates.
xc2xb7 IT Process Maintenance/Communication/Optimization/Improvement in IT Service Management (ITIL) with focus on ITSCM, AM, Service Lifecycle Management.
xc2xb7 Review and reporting of the status of mandatory artifacts and activities.
xc2xb7 Maintenance of customer base data.
xc2xb7 Monitoring and reporting of IT-SCM, AM and TLM topics within the BMW Group.
xc2xb7 Engage with stakeholders of ITSCM, AM, TLM Crisis Management and Emergency Management when required.
xc2xb7 Engaging with BMW Dev/Ops Teams (Infrastructure and Applications) in support of ITSCM, AM and TLM.
xc2xb7 Interfacing with other experts regarding IT-SCM, AM and TLM topics in support of the relevant reliability planning feature team.
