Job Summary ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: xc2xb7 At least 5 years knowledge and experience in Java development including the necessary solution space e.g., version control (Git) xc2xb7 Knowledge of Kafka or other streaming platforms or messaging systems e.g., MQTT xc2xb7 At least 3 years' worth of experience in front-end xc2xb7 Kubernetes/Microservice Architecture xc2xb7 JavaScript / Angular, HTML 5, CSS xc2xb7 Proficiency in UI frameworks e.g., Angular (Version 9 or higher) ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIRED: xc2xb7 Speaking German (advantageous). xc2xb7 Agile experience (advantageous). xc2xb7 ITIL process knowledge and work experience (advantageous) xc2xb7 Experience with backend frameworks like Java EE/J2EE (Java Enterprise Edition) xc2xb7 Payara xc2xb7 Oracle/PostgreSQL xc2xb7 Experience with testing tools like Karma, Jasmine, Postman, Newman, Cypress, Selenium, Junit, Xunit Robot, Jest xc2xb7 Experience with Jira and Confluence xc2xb7 Experience of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum xc2xb7 Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible) xc2xb7 Fit-for-business-purpose mind-set i.e., the solutions provided must meet the business goals. xc2xb7 Excellent communication skills and team-oriented work behaviour in a distributed team. xc2xb7 Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successful implementation. xc2xb7 Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users. xc2xb7 Proficient in conducting user research in foreign markets i.e., language barriers may exist. xc2xb7 Should be willing to deal with (talk to) our customers. In most cases they will be foreign customers and language barriers might exist. xc2xb7 Ability to work as part of a team, inter dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality.
