3 X Quantity Surveyors Needed for Consulting Company - Johannesburg + Polokwane + North WestPositions based in the following Provinces:

• Johannesburg
• Polokwane
• North West

Multi National Construction Company is looking for 3 x QSs to join their team, Candidates preferably to be AA/EE.Working in partnership with Clients, the Company seek to fast track a customer-centric approach and empower Clients through knowledge transfer and a close working relationship. They work with organisations regardless of where they find themselves on the customer journey from identifying the right data sources to get started through to developing and implementing sophisticated customer strategies.Requirements:BTech / ND Quantity Surveying
Must have between 5 10 years hands on experience in both Building & Civils post graduating
Must be able to run projects with little to no supervision
Have a good understanding of the JBCC and GCC Contracts
Must be Candy and Buildsmart proficient
Must understand and apply the Standard System of Measurement effectively.Duties:
Report to the Chief Quantity Surveyors on the status of projects
Prepare financial work in progress for the chief quantity surveyor
Report to the Contracts Manager on the progress on site versus revenue
Generate monthly valuations and prepare and settle final accounts
Prepare fortnightly and monthly payments for subcontractors
Price Variation Orders
Prepare and settle domestic subcontractor final accounts
Prepares and appoint subcontractors
Comprehensively do subcontractor adjudications
Be able to do project cashflows
Manage and mentor Junior Quantity Surveyors
Liaise with the local community through the client liaising officer and project steering committee
Provide project financial advice to the Contracts Manager
Assist the site production team with labour and plant allocations
Accurate in measuring of drawings for ordering purposes and cost controlling
Attend and participate in Professionals meetings
Measure off drawings and onsite for subcontractor payments
Assist the Estimating Dept in pricing tenders when required
Good communication skills and a team player
Salary: R35 000/m to R60 000/m depending on qualifications, experience and current salary package.BTech / ND Quantity Surveying
