Learning and Development Co-OrdinatorPretoria Head Office in Head QuartersExpiry Date: 2024-06-13Purpose of the role:
Collaborate with external training providers to ensure the quality and compliance of learnership/training documentation.
Verify, file, and maintain accurate records of learnership/training paperwork for auditing and reporting purposes across multiple different learnership/trainings for two different companies.
Prepare and facilitate learner registrations with relevant Setas to ensure program compliance.
Monitor and track learner progress through regular communication and collaboration with training providers.
Generate detailed progress reports and provide timely feedback to learners, their line managers, and internal stakeholders.
Address learner inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of learnership/training activities.
Manage and resolve any issues or escalations related to learnership/training programs.
Support the continuous improvement of learnership/training processes and contribute to enhancing program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in office software and relevant tools for documentation and data management.
Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with external training providers and internal teams.
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure program success.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions.
Adaptability to handle evolving program requirements and unforeseen challenges.
Professionalism and ethical conduct in managing sensitive learner information and confidential data.
Basic understanding of learnership/training program content and objectives.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a learning and development context.
Matric Certificate; additional education or certifications in related fields is a plus.
Able to start immediately, would be preferred.
