Join a respected global design firm renowned for its expertise in architecture are seeking a 3D Modelling/ 3D Rendering.If you're enthusiastic about 3D Modelling/ 3D Rendering and you are detail-driven, and thrive in collaborative environments, this is an opportunity to contribute to international property and hospitality projects.Stellenbosch | Permanent | On-site | R35 000 CTC pmYoull need to possess excellent software skills in Rhino 3D, KeyShot, and Adobe Suite. Grasshopper and Revit are a plus.Roles and responsibilities:

• Create well considered signage designs by considering materials, finishes and sizes that references and reflects the environment it will be placed in.
• Create detailed, neat and accurate presentation documents in InDesign and Illustrator displaying and narrating accurate sign types, material specifications, sizes and details.
• Translate 3D renders into 2D elevations indicating fixing details and detailed views with dimensions.
• Understand and communicate design intent from different design and technical disciplines for clients and manufacturers with clear, legible and neat documentation.
• Have the ability to work independently but also coordinate and collaborate with local and international design and technical teams.
• Must have a passion for design, be detail orientated and be proficient in the required software package used.
• Experience with brand- or system signage is a benefit, whether in a design studio or factory.
• Must be able to read architectural plans and understand interior design documents.
• Have experience with fabrication methods, materials, design and graphic design layouts.
• Have knowledge of Rhino 3D and KeyShot. ESSENTIAL
• Sketchup is an additional benefit.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Industrial Design or interior Design background or Architectural background where the candidate put together great visuals and 3D renderers.
