4556 Senior Talent Management Specialist (P7)Human Resources HR Specialist ServicesBloemfontein CampusMain purpose of the jobTo take responsibility for the development and implementation of talent management policy, organizational development, learning and performance management initiatives in the institution.Main tasks

  • Provide support in the implementation and monitoring of talent management processes
  • Provide support with regard to Organisational Development (OD), Skills Development (SD), talent and performance management
  • Maintain accurate records for OD-, SD-, talent-and performance management processes and interventions
  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding Talent Management, OD, Training & Development, Performance Management intervention
  • Assist with and/or conduct Psychometric/Skills Assessments
Nature of appointment: Permanent Support ServicesMinimum salary scale: (Total Cost to Company) R 956 841 per annumNote: CUT applies an internal parity model to determine remuneration that complies with the principle of equal pay for work of equal value. Accordingly, the preferred candidate may expect an offer that is in line with their qualifications and years of similar experience.   • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related field.
  • Five years experience in an HR environment with background/knowledge in Talent Management/or OD/ or performance management.
  • Registration as a psychometrist or industrial psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Desired Qualification, Knowledge and/or Experience
  • Postgraduate studies in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • At least five years' relevant experience, at the required level.
