Key Responsibilities:Manage the offboarding lifecycle of TES contractors.
Coordinate direct referrals and contractor movements.
Manage the sourcing process, including understanding business needs and engaging with hiring managers.
Oversee the advertising of vacant roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments.
Provide feedback to TESs on candidate placements.
Track staffing information and generate reports.
Prepare and communicate offers to successful candidates.
Facilitate the offer process.
Send weekly updated vacancy lists to TESs.
Provide hiring managers with regular updates on advertised roles.
Continuously learn and stay abreast of latest trends and HR best practices.Qualifications:
SAP HR experience.
HR Diploma and/or a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Ability to understand and interpret business requirements.
Knowledge and adherence to data privacy regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Advantageous Skills:Strong administrative skills.

Ability to prioritize and maintain a deadline-driven approach.
