6 Month Fixed Term Contract - This is not a permanent role and therefore candidates do need to be available for an immediate start
To provide comprehensive and administrative support for each of the academic programmes and to manage the office daily.
Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Diploma in Sales and Marketing
1-3 years experience within a similar role as academic administrator or assessor
Previous experience in programme administrator would be an advantage, however not essential.
MS Office proficient
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to academic personnel.
Bookings, attendance, correspondence, minutes, and agendas
Database administration
Deal with student queries
Set up and maintain central database of academic queries.
General office administration
Filing, visitor arrangements, student support and assessment administration
Project implemented: Monitor and report progress
