They are looking for a Academic Manger to join their team.Minimum RequirementsTertiary degree in AgricultureComputer literateComprehensive understanding of pedagogical principles and academic management practicesUnderstanding of the SAQA, SETA and QCTO processesNecessary management- and leadership skills to lead an Academic Training DepartmentMust be bilingual in English and AfrikaansResponsibilities:Targeted management of the academic training functions, online and residentialDevelopment of existing and new training programsGuidance and advice to satellite campusesAct as ModeratorStudent communication and liaisonProfessional development of facilitators to ensure high-quality trainingPlanning, coordination and control of projectsLiaison with existing clients to whom we provide a training serviceSalary : R25 000 - R30 000 depending on experience and qualificationIf you did not receive feedback within 14 days, your application is unsuccessfulOnly applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be consideredOnly candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
