The IIE enjoys the reputation of being at the forefront of private higher education in South Africa and is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) to provide higher education qualifications accredited by the Council on Higher Education (CHE)The IIE Vega School, Bordeaux Campus has a vacancy for a Part-Time Lecturer for the following module:
- Creative Collaboration 3
Lecture based on provided content, ensure students are guided and supported in their learning.
Mark student submissions and engage with campus teaching and learningMinimum Qualification Requirements:
Ideal:
- BA Honours or Masters in the following Creative fields:
- Honours or Masters in Higher Education with Design as undergraduate level and suitable experience as designer or Art Director in industry.
- 2 years teaching a studio-based module in a creative field at the second or third-year level.
- Experience in a collaborative space will be an advantage.
- 3-5 years of industry experience in any of the following - design lead, design manager, own design enterprise, art director, project lead, senior designer or creative director.
- Please note that this is an Independent Contractor (part-time) role
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience and hours worked.
