:The Access Control Administrator is responsible for overseeing and administering the user access process and controls to critical company networks, applications and systems. This role provides analysis and expertise for access governance related activities including access procedure development, process improvement, and application/system on-boarding. This role is responsible for access control process and facilitation pertaining to all IT systems across the xe2x80x9cJoiner, Mover Leaverxe2x80x9d processes focusing at privileged access management (PAM). This role ensures that only authorised individuals have access to IT assets based on clearance levels in the organisation.Responsibilities:xc2xa7The Access Control Administrator supports the Head of Cybersecurity Operations by ensuring that system access is granted, maintained and revoked in alignment with the access policies and regulations in an accurate and timely mannerxc2xa7Be the central point of contact for all IT systems' access requests for services or informationxc2xa7Validate legitimacy of requests; ensure proper approvals and execute per the access policies, regulations and proceduresxc2xa7Work with system or application owners to develop and document new user roles and permissions when needed.xc2xa7Develop and maintain user access application inventoryxc2xa7Distribute access control reports to support periodic reviewsxc2xa7Provide required management information reportsxc2xa7Work with business stakeholders and participate in company projects to ensure that onboarding of new applications is managed in alignment with data governance policiesxc2xa7Develop and implement regular access control process improvementsxc2xa7PAM Continuous Risk Mitigation Service

• Monthly Discovery and Audit Scan/Analysis

• Provide a Compliance Dashboard for near real time reporting on the level and extent of Privileged Accounts being managed and accessed

• OOTB Report Generation

• Coordinate reporting requirements with service provider

• Drive privilege access certification campaigns

Qualifications:Key attributes and competencies

• Ability to communicate and interact successfully with a diverse community and to develop and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues and team members and service providers

• Understanding of information security concepts, trends and technologies

• Attention to detail

• Ability to clearly document technical processes and procedures

Experience

• 2-4+ years in User Access / Identity Management role

• 2+ years experience administering CyberArk tool

• Experience in security protocols will be an advantage

• ITSM and ITIL experience will be an advantage
