Hire Resolve's client is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Manager/Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is located in Yzerfontein, Western Cape. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have a seamless experience from inquiry to check-out.Responsibilities:Oversee front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.Implement and maintain front office policies and procedures.Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.Maintain accurate records of guest information and financial transactions.Prepare daily reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Manage inventory of office and guest supplies, placing orders as necessary.Ensure the front desk area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping and front office staff to uphold service standards.Requirements:Proven experience in a front office, hospitality, or customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with effective prioritization.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (NightsBridge experience is a plus).Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours as required.Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
