This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Director. The account director will be responsible for managing client accounts, leading and managing teams, driving sales, providing team leadership, and overseeing project management.
Responsibilities
Pitch concepts internally and externally - to staff and to clients.
Strategy - create account strategies and ways to increase client satisfaction and retention.
Support clients strategically by demonstrating exceptional service and support in advance of need.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of client business needs, develop proposals for clients' products and services and communicate how these value added solutions will address those needs.
Actively research and monitor the market and competitive landscape providing recommendations for company differentiation and strategic decision making.
Project management - be able to manage client projects from beginning to end in line with agreed client plans and objectives.
Ensure that client reverts are managed well internally with specific emphasis on timelines and deadlines.
Establish goals and objectives for internal teams to follow.
Meet deadlines and effectively manage project budgets.
Work with teams to develop content, coordinate events and provide support and direction.
Motivate and mentor staff to hit goals and produce successful materials for clients.
Maintain relationships and serve as the point of contact and liaison for customers.
Provide feedback on all collaborative projects.
