Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital presence. This is a key role, working directly with the CEO to establish and execute an ecommerce strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with 3-5 years of DTC experience and a data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
3-5 years of experience in DTC ecommerce management. Strong analytical skills and experience with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (Shopify, etc). Proven track record of improving conversion rates and user experience. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to a startup environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with emerging ecommerce technologies and tools. * Passion for music, live events, or hearing protection innovations.
