What will you be doing?
The purpose of this role is to support the retention and growth of Babble's business within various sectors. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their success through cloud-based technologies. You will act as their primary point of contact to assist their business needs & become their Most Trusted Advisor.
Main Accountabilities:
Supporting the creation and implementation of Account Plans for all accounts with short-term objectives and long-term goals
Proactively establishing professional and productive relationships with all relevant stakeholders in each customer account
Assessing, clarifying, and validating customer requirements, needs, and goals consistently
Regularly speaking with customer stakeholders to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities
Coordinating with Babble colleagues in management, CX, Customer Success, and Product/Solution Specialists to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, sales objectives, and performance goals are achieved
Liaise with Babble colleagues to help customers understand, invest in, and unlock the value of cloud-based technologies relevant to their business
Providing customers with an efficient and cost-effective source of valued and relevant technologies and services
Ensuring Babble is a pleasure to do business with; easy and efficient across all aspects of the customer's journey
Person Specification:
Proactive and motivated to go above and beyond to keep customers happy
A problem-solving mentality
Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and comfortable presenting and speaking to senior-level executives
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts and accounts simultaneously
A fast learner that can hit the ground running, hungry to learn the value to customers of the technologies Babble provides
An outside-of-the-box thinker with proven experience developing creative solutions to customers' out-of-the-ordinary problems

What else looks good for this role:
Prior experience in Account Management, Sales, and/or Marketing in a cloud-technology
Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not necessary)
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Sales Force, Gong, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritise, adapt and organise time aligned with projects and deadlines
Goal and target driven
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 years of experience in account management or a related role.
Proven experience of managing and growing client accounts.

Home-Working Policy
Your location will be home based, and you will require stable internet connection.
It will be your responsibility to have a solution in place to mitigate loadshedding to ensure you are able to work your normal shifts effectively, working from a public space is not deemed a acceptable solution.
As a home worker we expect you to have a suitable work set up, desk and a chair in a quiet space.
