Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.Role: Account ExecutiveLocation: Durban, South AfricaAbout the role:Working in partnership with our client, the Account Executive will work within one of our client services team, assisting and project managing relevant client campaigns. Responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and goals.What you will be doing:

• Manage the client relationship on your primary account allocation
• Write up creative briefs for the creative and social team
• Raise cost estimates
• Project management
• Share knowledge, trends and category insights with client and agency teams on your accounts and projects
• Respond to requests for new project initiatives
• Work closely with other Account Managers on allocated projects, including managing and growing the client and agency relationships
• Traffic control on workload and create daily production schedules for designers, copywriters and animators
