Responsibilities

Responsible for Book of business which includes growth (organic, new business, upselling, cross-selling), maintenance, and retention
Regular client interactions and documented outcomes/discussion
Provide good advice to clients and explain policies to protect their assets and protect them against financial loss
Up-to-date knowledge of changes in the insurance industry (class of business training, CPD training, product-specific training)
Compliance knowledge, champion and ensure adherence to all Price Forbes procedures and FAIS requirements
Advocate Treating Customers Fairly principles including internal clientxe2x80x99s external clients and third parties (potential new clients)
Take overall accountability for claims on all clients xe2x80x93 manage clientxe2x80x99s understanding and expectations and deal with any issues
Work with the Claims team on all relevant claims and also liaise with the Claims Manager on complex claims where required
Work with the Technical Broker were requested to ensure that procedures, policies, and documents are completed
Provide clear instructions and complete information to the Technical Broke
