Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics planning.
  • Capacity forecasting.
  • Meet customer service delivery targets and KPIs.
  • Manage customer expectations.
  • Damage investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Collection and delivery scheduling.
  • Updating and maintenance of VTS, including daily tracking of vehicles.
  • Manage monthly billing of customers.
  • Understand and maintain the companys SOPs.
  • Reporting on the companys performance in daily / monthly meetings.
  • Understand and maintain customer SOPs and SLAs
Qualification and Skills:
  • Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics or Marketing Management.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in Key Account Management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate and fully conversant in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work outside of normal operating hours.
  • Willing to work away from your home depot when required.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong self-discipline.
  • Meet strict deadlines with a high level of precision.
