Job Description
Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics planning.
- Capacity forecasting.
- Meet customer service delivery targets and KPIs.
- Manage customer expectations.
- Damage investigation and root cause analysis.
- Collection and delivery scheduling.
- Updating and maintenance of VTS, including daily tracking of vehicles.
- Manage monthly billing of customers.
- Understand and maintain the companyxe2x80x99s SOPs.
- Reporting on the companyxe2x80x99s performance in daily / monthly meetings.
- Understand and maintain customer SOPs and SLAs
- Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics or Marketing Management.
- Minimum 3 to 4 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Key Account Management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate and fully conversant in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work outside of normal operating hours.
- Willing to work away from your home depot when required.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Strong self-discipline.
- Meet strict deadlines with a high level of precision.
