Role Overview
We're seeking a client-facing Account Manager who will be the central point of contact for our B2B marketing clients and provide support on sales calls with potential new clients.
You'll oversee campaign execution, ensure a smooth client experience, and help grow our client portfolio by contributing your insights during prospect conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong and trusting relationships.
Lead regular client meetings, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Sales Support
Join select sales calls with prospects to provide marketing insights, answer questions, and help demonstrate our value.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive, informative, and positive experience for potential clients.
Strategic Input & Collaboration
Develop B2B marketing strategies.
Offer proactive recommendations that leverage industry best practices and data-driven insights.
Project Coordination
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee on-time, high-quality deliverables.
Keep all stakeholders updated on progress, risks, or changes in scope.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Prepare and deliver periodic performance reports to clients with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
Identify opportunities for additional services that align with client objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to present relevant service expansions.
Qualifications
1-3+ years
of experience in a marketing agency environment, managing client relationships.
B2B marketing
experience preferred, with a foundational understanding of campaign strategies and digital marketing channels.
Demonstrated ability to
contribute strategically
to client and prospect discussions, including sales calls.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
--comfortable engaging with both clients and potential clients.
Highly
organized
, with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with
