• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
• Coordinate with various teams so that the customers expectations are met.
• Continue their assessment of a clients needs and business objectives.
• Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
• Help management with company-wide strategic planning.
• Upsell the companys services and solutions.
• Manage client projects from beginning to end.
• Take a clients requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
• Assist in marketing activities, planning and execution.
• Assist the sales department in qualifying leads, compiling proposals and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum - BCom (Business Management, Marketing)
• Experience: 1 - 5 years in Account Management, Sales, Advertising and Marketing, preferably in the ICT industry.

• MS Office skills
• Good communicator
• Good written skills
• Team player
• Good understanding of social media
• Google advertising experience is beneficial

Salary:The salary is market-related and negotiable for a junior to intermediate level position (maximum of 5 years' experience required).
