We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our healthcare candidates, addressing their queries, and collaborating closely with our bookings and resourcing teams to ensure a seamless staffing process.Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Address candidate inquiries regarding job opportunities, application statuses, and general concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaison with Internal Teams:
  • Collaborate with the bookings team to facilitate the scheduling of candidates for placements.
  • Work closely with the resourcing team to ensure that candidate qualifications and availability align with client needs.
  • Communication & Reporting:
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about potential opportunities and updates.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding candidate experiences and market trends.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey with the company
  • Encourage candidates to engage with the company for future opportunities and referrals.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and update the CRM system as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports on candidate engagement and activity for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
