Your Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Build and maintain
strong, long-term relationships
with clients across multiple industries
Conduct
regular check-ins, progress reports, and strategy meetings
with clients
Proactively identify
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
services
Project Coordination & Delivery
Work closely with
SEO, content, and digital marketing teams
to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor
campaign performance, deadlines, and deliverables
to keep clients updated
Anticipate and
resolve challenges
to keep projects on track and clients satisfied
Strategy & Performance Optimization
Analyze
client data, campaign performance, and key metrics
to optimize results
Provide
strategic recommendations
to improve client success and retention
Stay up to date with the latest
SEO, marketing, and AI trends
to offer innovative solutions
Reporting & Communication
Prepare and present
clear, data-driven reports
on performance, ROI, and future strategies
Translate
complex digital marketing concepts

Maintain strong

What We're Looking For
Experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing (1+ years preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
to manage relationships effectively
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

environment
Problem-solving mindset

strategic and analytical approach
Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, or lead generation
