Account Manager (EMEA) - Email Marketing SaaS
? Location: Claremont, Cape Town
? Salary: R25,000 per month
? Working Hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (Monday to Friday, RSA timezone throughout the year)
Are you passionate about client relationships, digital marketing, and technology? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in SaaS, digital marketing, email marketing, or AdTech, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Client Management & Retention
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Educate customers on product capabilities and ensure they maximize their ROI.
- Handle client queries, provide solutions, and manage renewals.
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional services (design, training, extra licenses).
- Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients smoothly.
- Ensure customers are fully trained on the software and can leverage its features effectively.
- Coordinate with technical support teams to ensure a seamless setup.
- Manage client data using Salesforce, ticketing systems, and Google Drive.
- Conduct account reviews and performance reports.
- Stay up to date with email marketing trends and digital industry news.
? Experience in account management, client services, or customer success - ideally within SaaS, MarTech, digital marketing, or AdTech.
? Understanding of email marketing, digital platforms, and campaign management.
? Strong communication skills with the ability to present to enterprise clients.
? Familiarity with Salesforce, ticketing systems, Google Drive, and DocuSign (a plus).
? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving client challenges.
