:HustlerMarketing is looking for an Account Manager.Hustler Marketing is a world-class email marketing agency. We customize plans of attack for each of our clients to help them double or even triple their email revenue.HM is made up of 80+ people from around the world. We're team-minded, and strive to create a culture where each person is encouraged to do their best.As for clients, our list is incredibly diverse, with stores ranging from 300K-20M/year in revenue in nearly every niche you can think of.We know that becoming the best agency begins with having the best team members-which is why we might just be looking for you!What you'll do:

• Be in charge of 6 to 8-figure eCommerce clients looking to increase their revenue.
• Planning and implementing the Email Marketing strategy (mainly through Klaviyo)
• Managing a Team of professional CopyWriters and Designers to develop the necessary marketing campaigns.
• Making sure the communication with your clients is on point and their satisfaction (and ROI) continues to increase.

Are you ready to join our dynamic e-commerce marketing team?Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working in digital marketing, ideally in Email Marketing, and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results.
• Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m).
• Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri).
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn't need to be your native language).
• Previous remote work experience is a big advantage.
• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite.
• A Results-driven attitude every day.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn/adapt fast.
• Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership).
• A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection.
