If so, we've got the perfect job for you!My client, a thought leader in the IT modernisation space both in SA and globally focusing on new technologies such as public cloud, Kubernetes, data engineering with Kafka are looking for an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team.As the face of the company, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with their clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their requirements.Technologies include: Red Hat, VMWare, Elastic , Confluent, AWS , GCP and more.Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Identify and develop new accounts and find new logos
- Cold-calling
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with the PreSales team to understand client needs and develop custom solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements including certifications and training
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Proven sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of industry trends and advancement
