With 30 years experience and having enjoyed outstanding success, they are looking to expand the sales team and are on the hunt for a driven Account Manager to join the Johannesburg team. This is your chance to work with top-tier clients, manage key relationships, and grow into a Regional Manager role in the future as they expand.What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Upsell, cross-sell, and identify new opportunities
• Prospect and build your own client base
• Drive product and service adoption
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service

What you will need:

• 5+ years experience in IT account management (MSP or Telecoms)
• Strong background in client service & communication
• Own vehicle and valid drivers license
• CRM-savvy (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• A passion for tech and helping businesses succeed
• A proven track record of achieving targets
• Self managed and driven to succeed

• Project & strategic account management
• Analytical mindset to interpret client and sales data
• Relevant qualifications in business, sales, marketing, or comms (or equivalent experience)
