Implementing the safety strategy for area of responsibility in the Region
Ensuring SHEQ compliance is achieved at AECI Water and customer sites
Cultivate a positive safety culture within team and changing people's behaviour towards safety
Exhibiting visible and felt safety leadership by physically observing the site work (PTO's) of team members, as well as using planned customer site visits/audits as the opportunity to recognise, reprimand or coach the team towards improvement.
Deliver on sales budget by managing sustainable new business growth.
Driving Profitability improvement and Value Generation projects on current customer base business accounts as per budget expectations through effective tracking and forecasting
Support the Service Specialist with all customers technical queries (inspections, audits, on-site troubleshooting, etc.)
Maintaining excellent and regular communication and collaboration link with all AECI (both Chemicals and Mining business units) organizational departments (Engineering, Technical, Commercial, Customer Care Team, etc.)
Develop a good working relationship with the Key Buying influences at each area of operation
Conduct regular review meetings with customer at various levels of operation

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Water Care Technology
5 to 10 years related work experience in Account Management and Technical Specialist
Commercially sound and Customer Centric for effective customer relationships
Computer literate MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Must be in possession of a valid driver's license
