A leader in the ICT services sector is looking for an Account Manager within their Sales Department to join their team.The Account Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will assist to grow the company by finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients.
They must manage existing and new customers, and ensure that the company focuses on delivering world class service, control the profit and loss of their account portfolio and ensure customer alignment on a senior level.
This role is a largely client-facing role which requires the Account Manager to work on both strategic long term and short-term plans and projects. They will need to build strong relationships with clients on various levels as well as acquire thorough knowledge about their business.Duties will include but not be limited to:
