• Smash Sales Targets: Take charge of your region and exceed annual sales targets (R9 million).

• Build Relationships that Last: Foster strong connections with clients, retailers, designers, decorators, architects, and hospitality businesses.

• Close Deals Like a Pro: Convert leads into sales and help drive company growth.

• Reignite Dormant Customers: Tap into existing accounts and generate additional business.

• Hunt for New Opportunities: Prospect new clients and business opportunities through cold calling and networking.

What you need to succeed:

• A killer sales instinct with a history of smashing targets.

• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with recurring clients.

• Excellent at closing deals and delivering results.

• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to handle big sales conversations.

• Own vehicle you will be hitting the road to visit clients across the region.

• Ability to think on your feet, manage stress, and keep a positive, goal-driven mindset at all times.

• Afrikaans is a plus, but not essential.

• B2B sales experience, preferably in retail, furniture, or hospitality.
