Job SummaryClient based in Gauteng is looking to hire an Account Manager User Training & Support.Primary Duties:

• Visit clients daily to ensure user satisfaction
• Provide one on one training with end users, onsite at their premises
• Ensure that all users are expertly trained
• Expertly onboard new clients
• Ensure that all users are on the latest versions
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure client satisfaction
• Analyse and report on market potential, track user progress and provide regular status reports
• Provide detailed progress reports on training activity, goals, customer needs and problems
• Keep internal management systems up to date
• Perform frequent health checks on customer databases and report any red flags and solutions to customers

Requirements:

• Be able to work independently and without supervision
• Be trainable and be able to train others
• Have own reliable transport
• Have Motor Dealership or workshop experience
• Have a deep desire to help others
• Must be vibrant, enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be able to meet with business owners and accountants to discuss sensitive and complex matters
• Have a deep love for quality process flows
• Enjoy meeting new people and present a happy yet professional demeanor
• Be well-groomed
• Have quality VDSL or Fibre internet connection (NO LTE)
• Willing to travel to other provinces when required.

Benefits & Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30
• R20 000 per month (Basic)
• Commission
• Fuel allowance
