The Account Manager role is to maintain excellent relationships with a dealership site and all key stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of the partnership, consistency and trust between the businesses and a trusted resource to communicate between the dealership and the MVIA (Pty) Ltd. The Account Manager has a clear allocated territory and dealership allocation that ensures adequate frequency of visits and face time with the key stakeholders on site reinforcing the relationships and trust on an on-going basis.
This role requires a high level of relationship building and fully understanding the needs and business of a said dealer group as a valued partner. The purpose is to position additional product offerings with a clear focus to increase market share through deeper penetration initiatives on current vehicle sales.
The strategy and planning is to ensure that dealer groups increase Motorvaps sales for MVIA (Pty) Ltd, and to ultimately assist their dealer groups within their territory to increase 2nd gross income and larger premium values for their respective dealerships.
