Manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-national blue-chip clients & Business Partners. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities. Meeting with clients & BP's face to face or via webinar technologies to provide, educate and promote the business through sufficient communication, relationships, business analysis audits finding and other account analysis. Maintaining and growing the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets, exhausting all cross-sell campaigns and additional revenue streams opportunities. Providing unique environmental reporting with the assistants of the business development manager & regional director. Working in conjunction with, training, Mid-Market business units making sure the support teams adhere to service requirements are understood client expectations.
