Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, stock reconciliation, data entry, and record maintenance.Qualifications:
- Relevant finance qualification (e.g., bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field).
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in XERO an advantage, or experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
