Job Description
Do you consider yourself as the best Accountant ? You have 2+ yrs experience in accounting within the agricultural field. Typically, you take control of your full accounting function. Lets take your career to the next level; this is a great opportunity for the accountant who is confident of her accounting abilities. The successful candidate would grow and develop along with the company.KPAs:
- Full function accounting
- Debtors / Creditors recons and follow up
- VAT recons and payments
- Managing of project accounts and the management thereof
- Weekly submittance of reports.
- At least 2 years exp in financial accounting (preferably within the agricultural industry)
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Attentive to detail
- Computer literate; proficient in MS Office & Advanced Excel Skills.
- Sound general knowledge of agriculture and buying & selling agricultural commodities
- Min of 2+ yrs exp in full function accounting within the agricultural field
- Exp in Project accounts & management accounts
- A tertiary degree
- Based within 20-30 km radius of Waterkloof.
- A bachelor's degree in finances such as economics, accounting, or business or a BCom
- Must have a developed EQ to fit in with companys work ethic
- Be a team player
- Reliable, hardworking, yet fun loving
- Needs to have own car and license and might need to travel if need be.
