Cash booksTwo Current Accounts - Allocate payments and sundry receipts, reconcileCall Account - Inter account transfers and allocate interest, reconcileCredit Card - Control, process and reconcilePetty Cash - Control, process and reconcile2. Maintain fixed asset register, additions and disposals3. SuppliersLoad payments on bankCapture Sundry Creditors, reconciliationsReview Stock Supplies, reconciliations (Local & Foreign)Overall overview of paperwork, sign off4. CustomersWeekly debtors reviewAssist with account queries/remittancesAssist with overdue accounts5. StockAssist with stock queriesManage stock take process, investigate and report on variancesInvolve in costings, measure production against actual cost6. PayrollFull payroll functions for -+66 wages and 11 salary staffComplete and submit EMP201Complete and submit EMP5017. CIPC - Complete and submit annual return8 COIDA - Complete and submit annual return9. SARSComplete, review and submit VAT201Complete and submit Provisional Tax10. Annual Review - Supply deliverables and assist with external review11. Various journals12. Omni program (will be trained on it) - Assist with system issues and run monthly data consistency checks13. Report monthly results to share holders14. Cash flow analysis - Receivables vs Costings15.
