Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
Articles in financial accounting
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the real estate or property management sector
Experience with budgeting, financial analysis and reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities
Knowledge of South African Real Estate regulations and compliance requirements
Position based in Rustenburg and may requires occasional travel to properties within portfolio
Have a valid driver's license
