SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and general accounting principles.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist with tax preparation and audits.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
- Work with internal and external auditors as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
