Job Description

:
You, the successful candidate, will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties:
Prepare and submit, as needed, precise and dependable financial and management reports, such as Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Profit and Loss Statements.
Oversee and manage all reconciliations and payments related to creditors, debtors, and sundry accounts.
Assist in the creation of annual financial statements in line with accepted accounting standards
Ensure accurate maintenance of the Asset Register
Actively analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and submit recommendations/action plans for timely resolution
Support the CFO in tracking and reporting on sales, products, and costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Accurately calculate and ensure timely payment of required VAT
Prepare for and assist with annual finance auditsSkills & Experience:
Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar position
Excellent attention to detail
Xero accounting system experience advantageous
Experience in auditing will be beneficial
Experienced in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Sound knowledge and experience in budgeting, cost control and financial reporting
Presentation and report writing skills
Excellent analyzer and interpreter of information, trends, and risksQualification:
