Job SummaryJob Title: Interim Finance Manager
Location: Linbro Park, Johannesburg (Hybrid - In-office once a week)
Salary: R40,000 - R50,000 CTC per month
Contract Duration: 5 monthsCompany Overview:Our client operates in the construction sector, specialising in hardware for telecommunications retail shops. They are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to provide financial leadership and ensure smooth financial operations during a transitional period.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial management.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT submissions, and statutory reporting.
• Manage cash flow, banking, and financial controls.
• Oversee payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with auditors, ensuring a smooth audit process.
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and reporting.
• Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements:

• BCom in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years' experience in a finance management role.
• Experience in the construction, telecommunications, or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week in the Linbro Park office.
• The contract duration is 5 months, with potential for extension depending on business needs.
