Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Experience working with accounting software (e.g. SAP, Sage, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- BCom Degree in Accounting or related field
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain accurate general ledger records
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
