Matric essential and a completed BCom Accounting/ similar essential
BCom Honors advantageous
Accpac experience advantageous
Strong Excel skills advantageous
Experience within a property experience highly advantageous
Duties:
Assume responsibility for the accurate and timely completion of accounting functions which includes the following: preparation of monthly management reports, preparation of forecasts and budgets, cashflow management and ensuring the timeously invoicing of clients and collection of monies, management of finance staff, overseeing of annual audit, submission of statutory returns, intercompany
Responsible to oversee various administrative functions: contract management with clients and sub-contractors, company secretarial, insurance applications and claims, asset management, filing of physical and electronic records, B-BBEE and CSD compliance
To ensure the effective running of the office which would entail overseeing staff as well as appointed service providers
Oversee the Payroll and HR functions which include on-boarding, off-boarding, contract management, vacancy administration, participation in Africa HR Council, monthly payroll management; policy preparation and review, medical aid and Group Risk management; updating and management of platforms
Participate in procurement team for proposal and tender purposes which includes proposal and bid preparation
Establish and maintain effective communication with other management members, clients and sub-contractors
Contribute to the periodic review of Team processes and procedures
